    Code of Conduct

    [UCS] (Unreal Computer Systems)
provides online game servers, voice servers, and file servers that promote a friendly, enjoyable, cheater-free environment for everyone to use.
Although we give it our best shot to keep things in order, from time to time there will be people who will try to ruin everyone else's experience.
With this kind of person we will do everything we can to keep them out of [UCS].
This includes the person being kicked and/or banned from [UCS] permanently either by a [UCS] admin or by our automated system.
Please remember that using our game servers, voice servers, and file servers is a privilege and not a right.

    Players/Users Code of Conduct
    Respect all players.
This is essential in keeping a community.
Simply put, you need to show respect in order to be respected.
We frown upon the use of any abusive language in our community.
Chat logs are inspected each day for the protection of both admins and guests.
It is up to admins/moderators to control the community for any misconduct.
Using 3rd Party applications to give you an advantage is strictly prohibited.
Impersonating a [UCS] Admin will result in a permanent ban.

    Admins/Moderators Code of Conduct
    Respect all players.
Admins/Moderators should act as good examples for the community.
That means enforcing all [UCS] rules as much as possible.
Admins/Moderators should not accuse a person of anything on insufficient grounds, or because of bad blood.
By doing so, an admin/moderator loses respect among the community and furthermore shows the rest of the community that it is ok.
These said actions lowers the quality and respect towards our community.
Chat logs are inspected each day for the protection of both admins and guests.
Admins/Moderators are held responsible for their positions.
Admins/Moderators that are abusive will have their position limited and removed if they continue to abuse their positions.

    KICKING/BANNING PROCEDURES

    Section A: Kicking
1: The following procedures outline the steps before any player is to be kicked from the [UCS] clan game servers.
a: Identify and inform the player that a clan rule has been broken.
b: After the next incident give the player a verbal warning.
c: After the verbal warning a player is kicked.

    Section B: Banning
1: The following procedures outline the steps before any player is to be temp-banned from the [UCS] clan game servers.
a: Follow the procedures of Kicking as addressed in Section A.
b: After the next incident give the player a verbal warning.
c: After one verbal warning a player is temp-banned.
    d. The exception to this will be in the case of a gross violation I.E. Name stealing hacks, blatant aim-botting, etc.. These can be perm-banned without warning.
